Weeks 1-2: Design and Production
We create designs and patterns for the denim collection
Japanese denim mill produces fabric using cotton or cotton-blend materials
Fabric is woven, washed, dyed, and treated with special finishes
Weeks 3-4: Cutting and Sewing
Fabric is cut into patterns using computer-controlled cutting machines
Cut pieces are sewn together using industrial sewing machines or hand-sewing techniques
Jeans are constructed with traditional Japanese methods, such as hand-finishing seams or stitching
Weeks 5-6: Quality Control, Packaging, and Shipping
Inspectors check jeans for quality, fit, and defects
Defective pieces are removed from the production line
Jeans are packaged in bags with protective materials
Shipping documents are prepared and the shipment is sent out
